Application Instructions

Here are some reminders for completing the application. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Applications are due March 1

To be considered for an award, candidates must:

  1. Meet eligibility requirements
  2. Submit the application
  3. Submit the essay

Write one essay of 250-500 words that responds to one of the following questions:

  1. What academic achievement are you most proud of?
  2. How do you volunteer or take care of others?
  3. What are some of the daily challenges that you face?

Choose 1 of 3 ways to submit your completed application and essay:

  1. Click the submit button on the application
  2. Save your completed application as a PDF and email to info@fullychargedforcollege.org
  3. Print and mail the application to:

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.

You will also receive a follow-up letter reminding you to provide required documentation by May 1, including your letter of acceptance to a 4-year college/university, and college enrollment deposit/confirmation.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
We will not sell, share, or distribute the information you submit with your scholarship application to any third parties. The information you submit will be used only for determining the scholarship recipient and deleted after the selection period.

NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT
The recipients of a computer will be determined by the Board of Directors of Fully Charged for College, Inc. The Board does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, religion (creed), gender, national origin, sexual preference, age, or disability. Recipients will be chosen solely upon the merits of their application as described below.

AWARD RECIPIENT SELECTION
Fully Charged for College, Inc. grants awards based on: application strength; the student’s confirmed acceptance and enrollment in a four-year college or university; and, Fully Charged for College’s available resources.
